Sue is our Fund Director and our longest serving member of staff. She joined us in 2001 as an administrator and to help field telephone calls.

With a career history in banking and then 20 years farming on a mixed tenanted farm in Warwickshire, Sue fully understands the challenges facing tenant farmers and farming in general.

As well as being the contact for farmers enquiring about housing, Sue, in conjunction with our trustees delivers the smooth running of the charity.

Mike is our Project Manager and manages the maintenance, refurbishment and development of our property portfolio.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience across all property matters, having qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technician and having been responsible for a large varied property portfolio within the residential care and commercial sectors.

Emily joined the team in 2022 as Operations and Marketing Coordinator and has recently taken on the role of Events and Marketing Manager.

She has worked in agriculture for the last 14 years in marketing, events and membership.

Emily organises all our events and you may meet her at some of the agricultural shows we attend.

Rebecca is responsible for our grant work including disaster relief and keeping all of our admin and finance work up to date.

Rebecca comes from a farming background and has worked in administration and accounts for a large arable/beef farm and more recently a pedigree cattle society.

She understands the challenges farmers are facing and endeavors to use the skills and knowledge she has picked up during her career to make a difference.

Jo joined us in July 2024 as our Business Development Manager and will be getting out and about to meet our sponsors and supporters.

Her remit includes managing existing relationships and identifying new income streams nationally to enable Addington to continue to provide the support we do.

Before joining Addington, Jo spent 30+ years working in various roles in Finance, which allows her to bring a more commercial perspective to the team skillset.
